A National Council, consisting of the heads of the
major national organizations participating in Namfrel governs Namfrel at the
national level. An Executive Committee implemented policies and plans of the
organization and supervised the activities of the committees under it. . Namfrel was organized into 80 provincial and 17 city/municipal chapters in the National Capital Region. At the local level, a chairperson represented Namfrel in each of the 1,609 cities and municipalities throughout the country. Each of these chapters was responsible for manning all the polling places in all the voting centers within the city/municipality in the conduct of Namfrel’s OQC. |
